Parents Admit To Allowing Kids To Use Heroin

NORWALK, Ohio -- A northern Ohio couple has pleaded guilty to child neglect charges that they allowed two of their three children to use heroin. Huron County Juvenile Court officials said the parents are out of jail pending charges in other drug-related cases. Authorities said the parents are accused of using and selling heroin in the presence of their children, ages seven, 12 and 14. The parents also are accused of allowing the two older children to use heroin left over from their supply. The two older children are in foster care and the 7-year-old is in the custody of his maternal grandparents.

The county knows what's happening with this family and many more. They gave these parents visitation too. Until the county stops slapping them on the hand, they are going to continue to do it. It's not the first trouble they've been in.

I agree with Anonymous. Quit slapping the parents on the hand. The drug situation is out of control in Norwalk and it is no secret. They need to protect these children and obviously the adults must have serious issues. Tht two yongest children are still basically babies. I honestly cannot believe there are people out there that are that twisted that they would ruin their childrens lives like that. It is bullshit and should be charged with child abuse. We all know what drug addicts turn out like they lie they cheat they steal. Come on Norwalk lets make the parents pay for what they have done and help these children so they can be good citizens, go to college and have a future and quit promoting this drug use buy just slapping people on the wrist. I gurantee the parents will be back at it again because they will not get enoug punishment to really teach them a lesson and their children will be the ones that suffer again
