California - East Bay prosecutors have filed a felony drug charge against a 17-year-old high school senior who is accused of feeding a marijuana-laced cookie to a four-year-old. The teenager is a senior at Danville's Monte Vista High School. He's been charged with furnishing marijuana to a minor.

Police say it happened last week during a special class where high school students supervise pre-schoolers.
The teen was arrested earlier this week, but has been released from juvenile hall. His name is not being released because he's a minor.
